Harbor Row Bakery

Harbor Row Bakery is a calm management sim where you take over a run-down bakery on a foggy pier. You mix dough with little timing taps, arrange the display, and slowly win back the neighbors who stopped coming. It never rushes you.

The timing games for kneading and baking are simple but satisfying, and burning a tray actually feels like a small tragedy. Customers have preferences you learn over days, so you start baking ahead for the regulars. There's a soft story underneath about the town changing.

It's relaxing rather than exciting, and some evenings that's exactly what I wanted. No timers forcing you to come back, no energy meters. You play when you feel like it and the bakery waits.
